Right of Withdrawal for Consumers – Vellance London

Information About the Right of Withdrawal

Right to Withdraw
At Vellance London, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

• you, or a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier), received the goods in the case of a single order delivered in one shipment;

• you, or a third party appointed by you (who is not the carrier), received the last item in the case of a single order delivered in multiple shipments.

You may use the standard withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method other than our standard option). The refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and no later than 30 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

• Goods that are perishable or have a short expiry date;

• Alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of purchase, but which cannot be delivered for at least 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations beyond our control;

• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of:

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;

• Goods that are, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;

• Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Please note: Items purchased at a discounted price cannot be returned.
